Will Michael J Fox return to film and television? That is the question many are asking about the famed actor who has his new show The Michael J Fox Show, starting on NBC in September. The show is an adaption of Michael J Fox's life. This could mark his return to television and film. Other then a recurring spot on the Good Wife, MJF has not done anything else in acting these last few years. After Parkinson's rendered him not fit to act, he soon wanted to make his return back to television. He is one of my favorite actors from the 80's and has the best personality when acting in his roles. I hope that this is his return to television as well as the return of good comedies on NBC and every other channel. I feel that the networks have not mastered comedies like they did back in the 80's or early 2000's. This may be the time to do it. With his new show testing higher then any NBC comedy in the past couple of years it seems this may indeed be the huge return for MJF. It already has a first season of 24 episodes that were ordered by NBC in advance it seems very likely to be renewed for a second season. This would send advertising for MJF and his show through the roof,and maybe even get him more roles in acting. Although his Parkinson's will limit that he will act more often then ha has in the past decade.
