Orange is the New Black: Netflix Premiere, It Wasn't Me (Children Warned TV-MA content)
This comedy-drama offers more then just laughs. The first episode shows off it's great cast and it's great story of a women who goes to prison willingly after years before she was apart of a drug smuggling group. Like the creators previous show Weeds it features strong language and frequent nudity. Saying that the first episode handles Bigg's and Schilling's relationship very well. Although it is not laugh out loud it's very enjoyable. It's also heartbreaking to me how she suffers with having to go and stay in prison. The show opens on a good note with her in the shower and another roommate coming in. This is very comedic. Throughout the episode there are randomly placed flashbacks which I didn't like how they handled, but the flashbacks were both hilarious and informative for the watcher to understand the story.
The Verdict: The first episode was very entertaining and enjoyable and had a few kinks I hope they worked out in the second episode. 8.5/10
+Enjoyable
+The other inmates and their personalities
+Heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time
+Black comedy and flashbacks
-Randomly placed flashbacks
